Rough framing

LIST OF WORKS
The set of works held in the construction of a building is the important part of the project cycle. The main sequences of construction are marking, excavation, concreting, brickwork, roofing, flooring and finishing. Let’s take a closer look at these sequences in detail.
PAPER WORK
Before the start of actual construction of a residential building it’s vital to prepare documentation which includes sketches, estimate cost of labor and resources, drawings approval.
MARKING OF LAYOUT
Outlining the plot boundaries from the paper plan to the perimeter of the ground.
EXCAVATION
It includes preparation of the ground for building foundation with special excavating machines.
FOUNDATION WORK
This step consists of the ground compacting, laying plain cement concrete, footing reinforcement, shuttering, concrete footing.
COLUMN CASTING
The shuttering framework is filled with concrete to create columns.
CONSTRUCTION OF WALLS
For building walls such materials as brick, wood and precast concrete are used.
LINTEL
Masonry works include planning space for windows and doors.
ROOFING
Masonry works are followed by installation of roof slabs.
PLASTERING WORK
Covering the surfaces by mortar for protection and thickening the walls.
FIXING OF DOORS AND WINDOWS
The most preferable materials for doors and windows are wood, aluminum and steel.
FIXING OF ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING WORKS
This type of work must be done before the finishing works to avoid surface damage.
